• Online MBA Counseling: Specialized advisory services for professionals seeking to pursue Online MBA programs through accredited universities.
• ODL (Open and Distance Learning) Program Facilitation: Assistance with enrollment and application for distance learning programs at partner universities including Manipal University (Jaipur), DY Patil University (Pune), Amity University, Jain University, and others.
• Corporate Benefits Programs: Tailored learning and development packages for corporate clients and their employees.
• Student Connect Platform: An interface for prospective students to connect with our counselors and submit inquiries.

KIME acts as a counseling and facilitation partner. Admission decisions, degree conferment, and academic matters remain the sole responsibility of the respective universities and institutions.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable laws or regulations.

Specific eligibility criteria for individual programs (such as minimum educational qualifications or work experience) are determined by the respective universities and may vary by program. KIME will guide you in understanding these requirements during the counseling process.

4. Enrollment and Admission

KIME provides counseling, guidance, and facilitation support during the enrollment process. However, the following points must be understood clearly:

• KIME does not guarantee admission to any program or university. Final admission decisions rest solely with the respective educational institutions.
• All information provided by the applicant during the enrollment process must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Any misrepresentation may result in cancellation of the application.
• KIME will submit applications on the applicant's behalf only after receiving all required documents and applicable fees.
• University policies, admission criteria, and program availability are subject to change without prior notice. KIME will endeavor to keep applicants informed but is not liable for such changes.

5. Fees and Payment

Counseling Fees

KIME may charge a counseling or service fee for its advisory and facilitation services. These fees are separate from the tuition or program fees charged by universities.

University/Program Fees

Tuition fees, registration fees, examination fees, and any other charges levied by partner universities are subject to the respective university's fee structure and payment policies. KIME will provide guidance on the applicable fees but does not control or set them.

Payment Terms

• All payments must be made through approved channels as communicated by KIME representatives.
• Fees once paid are subject to the refund policy outlined below.
• KIME is not responsible for payment disputes arising from transactions made outside of officially communicated channels.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Service Fees: KIME's counseling and service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered. Partial refunds may be considered if services have not yet been initiated.
• University Fees: Refund eligibility for program fees is governed entirely by the respective university's refund policy. KIME will assist in facilitating refund requests but cannot guarantee outcomes.
• Cancellation Before Enrollment: If you cancel before formal enrollment documents are submitted to the university, KIME will consider a partial refund of any collected fees, subject to applicable deductions.

To initiate a refund request, please contact us in writing at hr@kimeedu.co.in. All requests are processed within 15–30 working days of acknowledgment.

7. User Conduct

By using our website and services, you agree not to:
