Our Story

From one question in Pune to 15,000+ careers.

KIME Careers was founded in September 2020 in Pune by Kirti Udhwani and Amit Mehra, around one observation: online education in India had exploded, but honest guidance hadn't kept pace. Working professionals were choosing ₹2-lakh degrees based on Instagram ads and pushy sales calls — not on fit, recognition, or return on investment.

We set out to bridge the distance between working professionals and the right university. Not by selling harder, but by engineering the decision — detailed university comparisons, honest ROI math, counsellors who ask about your five-year plan before showing you a brochure.

Today, KIME is an authorised channel partner to 25+ UGC-DEB recognised universities and premier institutions — including Manipal, NMIMS, Amity, DY Patil, Shoolini, Chandigarh University, Jain, IIIT Bangalore and IIM executive programs — with a 50+ member team across our Pune and Mumbai offices, and 15,000+ students guided so far.
